Direct air freight takes about 5-8 days, fast sea freight about 18-22 days, and regular sea freight about 25-35 days. During peak seasons (e.g., before Black Friday or Prime Day), we recommend stocking at least 30 days in advance. We offer full tracking and warehouse appointment services to ensure on-time listing.

Door-to-door sea freight to the Philippines usually costs 4-8 RMB/kg, depending on cargo type, volume-to-weight ratio, and delivery area. Metro Manila has the lowest rates, while remote provinces may incur surcharges. We offer all-inclusive DDP pricing with no hidden fees, covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Yes. We support multi-currency settlement in RMB, USD, and Philippine Peso. RMB payment is most convenient for domestic sellers. Exchange rates are based on real-time bank rates with full transparency and no hidden FX markups. Major clients can apply for monthly credit terms for flexible cash flow management.

Yes. Pet food, pet toys, pet clothing, and pet care products can all be exported to Southeast Asia. However, each country has different import requirements for pet food: the Philippines and Indonesia require animal quarantine certificates, Malaysia requires Halal certification (if containing animal ingredients), and Thailand and Vietnam require ingredient lists and production permits.
